Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania kompozytowych elementów (1) lub (1') o strukturze hybrydowej, głowica do ich wytwarzania oraz element kompozytowy o strukturze hybrydowej, mające zastosowanie w przypadku wytwarzaniu komponentów o wymaganej wysokiej kierunkowej sztywności i wytrzymałości mechanicznej przy minimalnej masie. Istotą sposobu według wynalazku jest to, że w pierwszym etapie sposobu drukuje się w technologii druku 3D rdzeń konstrukcyjny o niejednorodnej strukturze, a następnie w drugim etapie sposobu na zewnętrznej powierzchni rdzenia konstrukcyjnego, drukuje się ciągłym włóknem w matrycy polimerowej w technologii 3D warstwę zewnętrzną.
