Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce structurale mince (1) en matériau composite destinée à résister d'une part à des sollicitations de service et d'autre part à des sollicitations accidentelles. Le procédé comporte la réalisation d'une préforme fibreuse sèche (2) de la pièce à fabriquer, et l'imprégnation de ladite préforme par transfert d'une résine formant matrice. La préforme (2) est réalisée par l'assemblage d'au moins une couche structurale (22), d'une première couche de renforcement de surface (21) sur une première face (221) de ladite couche structurale et d'une seconde couche de renforcement de surface (23), sur une seconde face (222) de la couche structurale (22). Un nombre de plis dans les deux couches de renforcement de surface (21, 23) est d'abord calculé de sorte que la pièce (1) finie résiste aux sollicitations accidentelles, puis un nombre de plis dans la couche structurale (22) est calculé, en tenant compte des apports à la résistance structurale des couches de renforcement de surface (21, 23), de sorte que la pièce (1) finie résiste aux sollicitations de service.
