Istota wzoru przemyslowego polega na nowym uksztaltowaniu donicy oraz zdobnictwie poszczególnych jej elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiony zostal na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia donice w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 przedstawia kolejna odmiane donicy, fig.3 nastepna odmiane donicy, zas fig.4 inna odmiane donicy. Donica wg wzoru ma zarys zblizony do prostopadloscianu, którego sciany czolowe i boczne wykonane sa z szeregu powtarzalnych elementów usytuowanych jeden na drugim, o zarysach zblizonych do prostopadloscianów o zaokraglonych narozach. Poszczególne warstwy tworza pary elementów polaczonych ze soba naprzemiennie - z jednej strony od czola, z drugiej zas od sciany bocznej, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1. W kolejnej odmianie donica ma zarys zblizony do prostokata, którego sciany czolowe i boczne zlozone sa z szeregu powtarzalnych elementów zblizonych do prostopadloscianów usytuowanych jeden na drugim, polaczonych ze soba naprzemiennie, poprzez wyciecia w górnych - krótsze boki, badz dolnych - dluzsze boki narozach poszczególnych elementów. The subject of the industrial design is a garden pot. The essence of the industrial design lies in the new shape of the pot and the ornamentation of its individual elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the pot in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows another variation of the pot, Fig. 3 another variation of the pot, and Fig. 4 another variation of the pot. The pot, according to the design, has an outline similar to a cuboid, whose front and side walls are made of a series of repeating elements arranged one on top of the other, with outlines similar to cuboids with rounded corners. The individual layers are formed by pairs of elements connected alternately - on one side from the front, and on the other from the side wall, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1. In another variant, the flowerpot has an outline similar to a rectangle, the front and side walls of which are composed of a series of repeating elements similar to cuboids placed one on top of the other, connected alternately, through cutouts in the upper - shorter sides, or lower - longer sides in the corners of the individual elements. In the lower part of the flowerpot there are legs with cuboid outlines, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 2. In another variant, the flowerpot has an outline close to a square, the front and side walls of which are composed of a series of repeating elements similar to half-cylinders placed one on top of the other, connected to each other end-to-end at the corners, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 3. In another variant, the flowerpot has an outline close to a hexagon, the walls of which are composed in layers of a series of repeating elements similar to cuboids placed one on top of the other, connected to each other alternately, through cutouts in the upper and lower corners of the individual elements, together forming a hexagonal outline, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 4.
