Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest podstawka do kompozycji kwiatowej. Istote wzoru oraz jego odmian - w odniesieniu do znanych juz podstawek dekoracyjnych - stanowia ich charakterystyczne kontury, oryginalne uksztaltowanie powierzchni oraz róznorodne rozmieszczenie listew z otworami do mocowania elementów dekoracyjno - kwiatowych. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia podstawowy wzór podstawki w widoku z góry, fig. la - przedstawia widok perspektywiczny tego wzoru, a fig. 2 i fig. 3 - przedstawiaja widoki kolejnych odmian podstawek. Jak pokazano na Tysunku fig. 1 i fig. la - podstawka posiada ksztalt wydluzonego liscia, którego zewnetrzne kontury wyznacza listwa obwodowa, a jego wewnetrzna powierzchnia podzielona jest listwami na pola posiadajace ksztalt nieforemnych figur, w tym: - w poblizu wierzcholka pole miedzy listwami ma ksztalt zblizony do malego, równoramiennego trapezu; - ponizej tego trapezu i krótkiej listwy poprzecznej umiejscowione sa dwa symetryczne przedzielone listwa pionowa pola i kazde z tych pól ma ksztalt pionowo ustawionego, nieregularnego trapezu; - jeszcze nizej, tj. przy podstawie umiejscowione sa takze dwa symetryczne pola, z których kazde ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach.Na powierzchni wszystkich listew przedzielajacych poszczególne pola umiejscowione sa regularnie rozmieszczone otwory na elementy dekoracyjno - kwiatowe. Ponadto podstawka posiada uchwyt ulatwiajacy jej przenoszenie. Odmiana podstawki uwidoczniona na rysunku fig. 2 - jest tak uksztaltowana, ze w czesci centralnej jej kontury wyznacza listwa o ksztalcie zblizonym do wydluzonego liscia zakonczonego uchwytem. W dolnej czesci tego liscia - do obrzezy jego listew symetrycznie po obydwu stronach - przylegaja poziomo usytuowane figury o ksztalcie analogicznym jak górna czesc liscia centralnego. W calosci podstawka ma ksztalt trójramiennej figury w której 2 ramiona usytuowane sa poziomo, a 1 ramie - pionowo. Kazde ramie natomiast uformowane jest z tak ulozonych listew, ze pola miedzy tymi listwami w wierzcholku kazdego ramienia maja ksztalt malego równoramiennego trapezu, a ponizej tego trapezu i krótkiej listwy poprzecznej maja ksztalt dwóch symetrycznych figur, z których kazda ma ksztalt nieregularnego trapezu. Ramiona te przylegaja do obrzezy trzech boków listew stanowiacych kontury dolnej czesci listwy centralnej, tj. tej czesci, w której przestrzenie miedzy listwami maja ksztalt prostokatów o zaokraglonych narozach. Ponadto na powierzchni wszystkich listew umiejscowione sa równomiernie rozmieszczone otwory na elementy dekoracyjno - kwiatowe. Kolejna odmiana podstawki uwidoczniona na rysunku fig. 3 - posiada ksztalt 5 ramiennej figury, w której 2 ramiona usytuowane sa poziomo, 1 ramie pionowo, a miedzy ramieniem pionowym i ramionami poziomymi usytuowane sa symetrycznie 2 ramiona skosne. Ramie pionowe tej figury stanowi czesc centralna podstawki i uksztaltowane jest ono z listew uformowanych w ksztalt wydluzonego liscia zakonczonego przy podstawie uchwytem. Powierzchnia tego liscia podzielona jest listwami na pola posiadajace ksztalt róznorodnych figur, w tym: - w poblizu wierzcholka pole miedzy listwami ma ksztalt malego, równoramiennego trapezu; - ponizej tego trapezu i krótkiej listwy poprzecznej znajduja sie 2 symetryczne polaprzedzielone listwa pionowa i kazde z tych pól ma ksztalt nieregularnego trapezu; - jeszcze nizej, tj. przy podstawie umiejscowione sa takze dwa symetryczne pola, z których kazde ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach. Pozostale 4 ramiona, przylegajace do listew opisanego powyzej liscia stanowiacego czesc centralna podstawki, maja ksztalt analogiczny jak górna czesc ramienia centralnego, tj. w poblizu wierzcholka pole miedzy listwami kazdego ramienia ma ksztalt malego równoramiennego trapezu, a - ponizej tego trapezu i krótkiej listwy poprzecznej, umiejscowione sa 2 symetryczne pola przedzielone listwa pionowa i kazde z tych pól ma ksztalt nieregularnego trapezu. Na powierzchni wszystkich listew podstawki znajduja sie równomiernie rozmieszczone otwory na elementy dekoracyjno - kwiatowe. The essence of the design and its variations – in relation to already known decorative stands – are their characteristic contours, original surface shaping, and varied arrangement of slats with holes for attaching decorative and floral elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the basic stand design from above, Fig. 1a shows a perspective view of this design, and Figs. 2 and 3 present views of subsequent stand variations. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, the stand has the shape of an elongated leaf, the outer contours of which are defined by a peripheral slat, and its inner surface is divided by slats into fields shaped like irregular figures, including: - near the top, the area between the slats is similar to a small, isosceles trapezoid; Below this trapezoid and a short crossbar are two symmetrical fields divided by a vertical bar, each shaped like a vertical, irregular trapezoid; further down, at the base, are two symmetrical fields, each shaped like a rectangle with rounded corners. The surfaces of all the bars dividing the individual fields feature regularly spaced holes for decorative floral elements. Furthermore, the stand has a handle for easy carrying. The variant of the stand shown in Fig. 2 is shaped so that in its central part, its contours are defined by a bar similar in shape to an elongated leaf ending in a handle. In the lower part of this leaf, horizontally arranged figures, similar in shape to the upper part of the central leaf, adjoin the edges of its bars symmetrically on both sides. The entire base is shaped like a three-armed figure, with two arms arranged horizontally and one vertically. Each arm is formed from slats arranged so that the spaces between the slats at the apex of each arm form a small isosceles trapezoid, while below this trapezoid and a short crossbar, they form two symmetrical figures, each of which is an irregular trapezoid. These arms adhere to the edges of the three sides of the slats, which form the contours of the lower part of the central slat, i.e., the part where the spaces between the slats are rectangular with rounded corners. Furthermore, all slats have evenly spaced holes for decorative floral elements. Another variation of the stand, shown in Figure 3, has the shape of a five-armed figure, in which two arms are horizontal, one arm vertical, and two sloping arms are placed symmetrically between the vertical arm and the horizontal arms. The vertical arm of this figure constitutes the central part of the stand and is formed from slats formed into the shape of an elongated leaf terminating in a handle at the base. The surface of this leaf is divided by slats into fields shaped like various figures, including: - near the top, the field between the slats is shaped like a small, isosceles trapezoid; - below this trapezoid and a short transverse slat, there are two symmetrical fields divided by a vertical slat, each of which has the shape of an irregular trapezoid; - even lower, i.e., at the base, there are also two symmetrical fields, each of which is in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners. The remaining four arms, adjacent to the slats of the leaf described above, which constitute the central part of the base, have a shape analogous to the upper part of the central arm, i.e., near the top, the field between the slats of each arm is in the shape of a small isosceles trapezoid, and - below this trapezoid and a short crosswise slat, there are two symmetrical fields divided by a vertical slat, each of these fields in the shape of an irregular trapezoid. On the surface of all the slats of the base are evenly spaced holes for decorative floral elements. Pattern variations: Fig. 1 and fig. la - shows the basic design of the base; fig. 2 - shows the base as a three-frame figure; Fig. 3 - shows a 5-frame base.
