Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania paroprzepuszczalnego panelu izolacyjnego i paroprzepuszczalny panel izolacyjny. Sposób polega na tym, że na dnie i wzdłuż nie mniej niż dwóch pionowych boków metalowej formy w kształcie prostopadłościanu zamkniętej od spodu poziomym prostokątnym lub kwadratowym dnem, do którego krawędzi są trwale i szczelnie zamocowane pionowe boki, układa się wełnę mineralną (1) i do tak utworzonej środkowej wolnej przestrzeni ograniczonej warstwą wełny mineralnej (1) w metalowej formie wlewa się za pomocą mieszalnika odmierzoną ilość pęczniejącej pianki (2) po czym przed całkowitym wzrostem objętości pęczniejącej pianki (2), w której co najmniej 80% komórek jest zamkniętych, od góry metalową pokrywą zamyka się metalową formę na czas utwardzenia pęczniejącej pianki.
