本发明提供了一种双层墙体及其施工方法,所述双层墙体施工方法包括以下步骤:步骤一、构造建筑主体,该建筑主体包括主梁;步骤二、在建筑主体的主梁上设置内墙和外墙;步骤三、在内墙和外墙之间填充保温材料;步骤四、内墙顶部与主梁之间形成洞口,在洞口处安装装饰线条。本发明提供的双层墙体施工方法包括在建筑主体的主梁上设置内墙和外墙;在内墙和外墙之间填充保温材料;之后在内墙顶部与主梁之间形成的洞口处安装装饰线条。整个方法施工便捷、省工时,能够实现室内保温隔热功能,避震水平提升。

一种双层墙体及其施工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑领域,尤其是涉及一种双层墙体及其施工方法。
背景技术
双层墙是分层的、内部有空腔的墙。理论和实践都证明,如将单层墙做成分割的双层墙,虽而密度不变,但隔声量可提高10dB或更多。但对很低频率的声音,隔声量的增加甚微。另外,为使双层墙发挥其优势,两墙之间的分隔空腔中应填加多孔性吸声材料,以抑制可能出现的空腔共振。对工程实践很有意义的一点是,双层墙中的一层可用轻板(如波纹纸板一类的材料),按其重量说几乎没有增加,但空腔产生的隔声改善作用仍存在。
但是,现有的双层墙体施工不便,影响使用,给人们带来不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双层墙体及其施工方法,以解决现有技术中双层墙体施工不便,影响使用,给人们带来不便的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供如下技术方案:
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种双层墙体施工方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、构造建筑主体,该建筑主体包括多个主梁;
步骤二、在建筑主体的主梁上设置内墙和外墙;
步骤三、在内墙和外墙之间填充保温材料;
步骤四、内墙顶部与内墙上方的主梁之间形成洞口,在洞口处安装装饰线条。
进一步的,所述步骤二中内墙和外墙平行设置。
进一步的,所述内墙和外墙的材料为ALC板材。
进一步的,所述步骤三包括在内墙和外墙之间的腔室内灌装保温颗粒。
进一步的,所述内墙的一面铺设保温层或喷涂聚氨酯发泡。
进一步的,所述步骤四还包括在洞口的装饰线条上加装门窗。
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种双层墙体,包括第一主梁和设置在第一主梁上方的第二主梁,所述的第一主梁上设有内墙和外墙,且内墙与外墙之间填充有保温材料,所述内墙顶部与内墙上方的第二主梁之间形成洞口,该洞口处安装有装饰线条。
进一步的,所述外墙上设有禁锢勾头螺栓装置。
进一步的,所述内墙上安装有燕尾丝螺栓。
本发明实施例具有如下优点:本发明实施例提供一种双层墙体及其施工方法,所述双层墙体施工方法包括在建筑主体的主梁上设置内墙和外墙;在内墙和外墙之间填充保温材料;之后在内墙顶部与主梁之间形成的洞口处安装装饰线条,整个方法施工便捷、省工时。此外还能够实现室内保温隔热功能,同时避震水平提升。

实施例1
如图1-6所示,本实施例提供一种双层墙体施工方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、构造建筑主体,该建筑主体包括主梁;
步骤二、在建筑主体的主梁上设置内墙和外墙;
步骤三、在内墙和外墙之间填充保温材料;
步骤四、内墙顶部与内墙上方的主梁之间形成洞口,在洞口处安装装饰线条,之后在洞口的装饰线条上加装门窗。
优选的,所述步骤二中内墙和外墙平行设置,也可根据实际建造情况进行设置。
优选的,所述内墙和外墙的材料为ALC板材,具体实施中,亦可选择其它常见材料。
优选的,所述步骤三包括在内墙和外墙之间的腔室内灌装保温颗粒。或者,在所述内墙的一面铺设保温层或喷涂聚氨酯发泡。
实施例2
如图7所示,本实施例提供一种由实施例1所述方法制备的双层墙体,包括第一主梁1和设置在第一主梁1上方的第二主梁,所述的第一主梁1上设有内墙2和外墙3,且内墙2与外墙3之间填充有保温材料,所述内墙2顶部与内墙2上方的第二主梁之间形成洞口,该洞口处安装有装饰线条。
优选的,所述外墙3上设有禁锢勾头螺栓装置。所述内墙2上安装有燕尾丝螺栓。具体实施中,内墙2和外墙3上可安装其它常见的固定装置,以便本申请双层墙体的使用。
将实施例2制备的双层墙体进行模拟地震实验和墙体内外温差实验,结果表明在4.3级地震时,双层墙体没有裂纹;而在室外温度为-27℃时,室内没有辅助供热的情况下,室内温度为3℃。
实验1
在相同环境下分别建造单层墙体和实施例2制备的双层墙体,之后模拟低温、地震对双层墙体的影响,测试结果如下表所示:

上表显示,本申的双层墙体有很好的保温和抗震效果。

1.一种双层墙体施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、构造建筑主体,该建筑主体包括多个主梁;
步骤二、在建筑主体的主梁上设置内墙和外墙;
步骤三、在内墙和外墙之间填充保温材料;
步骤四、内墙顶部与内墙上方的主梁之间形成洞口,在洞口处安装装饰线条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层墙体施工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中内墙和外墙平行设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双层墙体施工方法,其特征在于:所述内墙和外墙的材料为ALC板材。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双层墙体施工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三包括在内墙和外墙之间的腔室内灌装保温颗粒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双层墙体施工方法,其特征在于:所述内墙的一面铺设保温层或喷涂聚氨酯发泡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双层墙体施工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四还包括在洞口的装饰线条上加装门窗。
7.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述方法制备的双层墙体,其特征在于:包括第一主梁和设置在第一主梁上方的第二主梁,所述的第一主梁上设有内墙和外墙,且内墙与外墙之间填充有保温材料,所述内墙顶部与内墙上方的第二主梁之间形成洞口,该洞口处安装有装饰线条。
8.根据权利要求7所述的双层墙体,其特征在于:所述外墙上设有禁锢勾头螺栓装置。
9.根据权利要求7所述的双层墙体,其特征在于:所述内墙上安装有燕尾丝螺栓。
