Abstract

本发明涉及可拼装防护舱设备技术领域,提供了一种室外防护舱,包括多个底座、多个顶板以及多组C形板和多组L形板组装而成,多个底座沿长度方向相互连接并设置在防护舱的底部,多个顶板沿长度方向相互连接并设置于底座的正上方,每组C形板的数量为四个,且四个所述C形板均相对设置。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,设计合理,结构紧凑,解决了现有的防护舱都是整体结构,不方便运输,体积有限的问题,本发明通过简单的结构组合,提高了采用拼装式组合连接,一方面方便运输,另一方面还能根据情况调节防护舱的体积,容易采用特殊构造,提高了抗压承重效果,同时也能提高隔音隔热效果,具有很强的实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及可拼装防护舱设备技术领域,具体涉及一种室外防护舱。
背景技术
防护舱是一种用于防护的舱室,常设置于户外也有部分设置在室内。
传统的户外防护舱在实际使用的过程中存在以下问题:
大部分防护舱都是整体结构,不方便运输,容易损坏,同时为了方便运输,将防护舱的体积缩小,因此不方便户外使用。
传统的防护舱都是方正结构,在雨雪容易堆积在防护舱的顶部,承载压力过大。
传统的防护舱承重效果差,同时隔音、隔热的效果差。
为此,我们提出一种室外防护舱。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种室外防护舱,克服了现有技术的不足,设计合理,结构紧凑,解决了现有的防护舱都是整体结构,不方便运输,体积有限的问题,本发明通过简单的结构组合,提高了采用拼装式组合连接,一方面方便运输,另一方面还能根据情况调节防护舱的体积,容易采用特殊构造,提高了抗压承重效果,同时也能提高隔音隔热效果,具有很强的实用性。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种室外防护舱,包括多个底座、多个顶板以及多组C形板和多组L形板组装而成,多个底座沿长度方向相互连接并设置在防护舱的底部,多个顶板沿长度方向相互连接并设置于底座的正上方,每组所述C形板的数量为四个,且四个所述C形板均相对设置,每组C形板分为两列,位于同列的两个C形板相互连接,两列C形板的上下端分别连接在底座和顶板的侧壁上;
每组所述L形板的数量为四个,且四个所述L形板均相对设置,每组L形板分为两列,位于同列的两个L形板相互连接,两列L形板的上下端分别连接在底座和顶板的侧壁上,L形板和C形板相互连接。
所述C形板、顶板、L形板均采用复合板材质加工而成。
进一步的,所述顶板的组数大于L形板的组数。
进一步的,所述防护舱的两端侧壁上还设置有侧板,侧板上设置有舱门。
进一步的,所述底座包括钢结构网,采用钢结构网,且钢结构网的每个网格中均设置有混凝土模块。
进一步的,所述复合板上设置有折边,相邻复合板上的两个折边之间通过多个螺栓组件相互连接。
进一步的,所述螺栓组件包括螺丝和螺母,螺丝穿过折边上设置的螺孔并与螺纹套接有螺母。
进一步的,两个所述折边之间还设置有内嵌垫条。
进一步的,所述L形板的侧壁上设置有与C形板相对应的翼板。
进一步的,还包括直板,直板的长度与C形板、顶板和L形板的长度均相等。
进一步的,所述复合板包括两层树脂层,两层树脂层之间设置有玻璃纤维层,形成层状结构,复合板内设置有铅板。
进一步的,所述复合板采用泡沫板压合而成。
(三)有益效果
本发明实施例提供了一种室外防护舱。具备以下有益效果:
1、提高了采用拼装式组合连接,一方面方便运输,另一方面还能根据情况调节防护舱的体积。
2、提高抗压效果,采用多边形结构能够使防护舱的内壁更加宽敞,同时使得防护舱的顶壁面积缩小,能够减少雨雪堆积,提高抗压效果。
3、同时采用多边形结构和方正结构,能够在提高防护舱空间的同时,提高防护舱的抗压效果和承重效果相互配合,提高使用寿命。
4、提高稳定性。采用钢结构网,能够方便吊装防护舱,且钢结构网的每个网格中均设置有混凝土模块,能够提高底座的重量,从而提高整个防护舱的稳定性,防止晃动。
5、采用两层树脂层和玻璃纤维层的结构设计,质地轻、强度大,方便运输,提高使用寿命,同时采用两层树脂层的结构,能够提高隔热、隔音的效果,同时树脂层采用防火树脂材料还能提高防火效果。
6、通过设置直板能够提高防护舱的高度以及宽度,直板设置在两个相对的L形板之间和两个相对的C形板之间,能够提高防护舱的高度,同时直板设置在顶板的两端,能够提高防护舱的宽度。

实施例1
参照附图1-4,一种室外防护舱,由多个底座1、多个顶板3以及多组C形板2和多组L形板4组装而成,多个底座1沿长度方向相互连接并设置在防护舱的底部,多个顶板3沿长度方向相互连接并设置于底座1的正上方;
每组C形板2的数量为四个,四个C形板2均相对设置,每组C形板2分为两列,位于同列的两个C形板2相互连接,两列C形板2的上下端分别连接在底座1和顶板3的侧壁上,从而形成多边形结构,采用多边形结构能够使防护舱的内壁更加宽敞,同时使得防护舱的顶壁面积缩小,能够减少雨雪堆积,提高抗压效果。
每组L形板4的数量四个,四个L形板4均相对设置,每组L形板4分为两列,位于同列的两个L形板4相互连接,两列L形板4的上下端分别连接在底座1和顶板3的侧壁上,L形板4和C形板2相互连接,从而形成方正腔室,能够提高防护舱内部空间,方便存放大型设备,同时方正腔室垂直受力,也能提高整体的抗压强度。
C形板2的组数大于L形板4的组数,能够在提高防护舱空间的同时,提高防护舱的抗压效果和承重效果相互配合,提高使用寿命。
本实施例中,防护舱的两端侧壁上还设置有侧板6,侧板6能够提高防护效果,同时还能提高承载力,侧板6上设置有舱门。
本实施例中,底座1包括钢结构网,采用钢结构网,能够方便吊装防护舱,且钢结构网的每个网格中均设置有混凝土模块,能够提高底座1的重量,从而提高整个防护舱的稳定性,防止晃动。
本实施例中,所述复合板8内设置有铅板,能够提高抗辐射的效果。
本实施例中,如图4所示,底座1、C形板2、顶板3、L形板4和侧板6均采用复合板8材质加工而成,且复合板8包括两层树脂层8.1,两层树脂层8.1之间设置有玻璃纤维层8.2,形成层状结构,采用两层树脂层8.1和玻璃纤维层8.2的结构设计,质地轻、强度大,方便运输,提高使用寿命,同时采用两层树脂层8.1的结构,能够提高隔热、隔音的效果,同时树脂层8.1采用防火树脂材料还能提高防火效果,同时复合板8上设置有折边,相邻复合板8上的两个折边之间通过多个螺栓组件7相互连接,螺栓组件7包括螺丝7.1和螺母7.2,螺丝7.1穿过折边上设置的螺孔并与螺纹套接有螺母7.2,两个折边之间还设置有内嵌垫条9,能够提高锁紧效果。
L形板4的侧壁上设置有与C形板2相对应的翼板4.1,通过设置翼板4.1,能够提高密封效果。
还包括直板5,直板5的长度与C形板2、顶板3和L形板4的长度均相等,通过设置直板5能够提高防护舱的高度以及宽度,直板5设置在两个相对的L形板4之间和两个相对的C形板2之间,能够提高防护舱的高度,同时直板5设置在顶板3的两端,能够提高防护舱的宽度。
实施例2
与实施例1不同的在于,复合板8采用泡沫板压合而成,能够降低整个防护舱的重量,同时隔热保温效果更佳。

Claims (10)

1.一种室外防护舱,包括多个底座、多个顶板以及多组C形板和多组L形板组装而成,多个底座沿长度方向相互连接并设置在防护舱的底部,多个顶板沿长度方向相互连接并设置于底座的正上方,其特征在于:每组所述C形板的数量为四个,且四个所述C形板均相对设置,每组C形板分为两列,位于同列的两个C形板相互连接,两列C形板的上下端分别连接在底座和顶板的侧壁上;
每组所述L形板的数量为四个,且四个所述L形板均相对设置,每组L形板分为两列,位于同列的两个L形板相互连接,两列L形板的上下端分别连接在底座和顶板的侧壁上,L形板和C形板相互连接。
所述C形板、顶板、L形板均采用复合板材质加工而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种室外防护舱,其特征在于:所述顶板的组数大于L形板的组数。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种室外防护舱,其特征在于:所述防护舱的两端侧壁上还设置有侧板,侧板上设置有舱门。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种室外防护舱,其特征在于:所述底座包括钢结构网,采用钢结构网,且钢结构网的每个网格中均设置有混凝土模块。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种室外防护舱,其特征在于:所述复合板上设置有折边,相邻复合板上的两个折边之间通过多个螺栓组件相互连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种室外防护舱,其特征在于:所述螺栓组件包括螺丝和螺母,螺丝穿过折边上设置的螺孔并与螺纹套接有螺母,两个折边之间还设置有内嵌垫条。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种室外防护舱,其特征在于:所述复合板包括两层树脂层,两层树脂层之间设置有玻璃纤维层,形成层状结构,复合板内设置有铅板。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种室外防护舱,其特征在于:所述L形板的侧壁上设置有与C形板相对应的翼板。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种室外防护舱,其特征在于:还包括直板,直板的长度与C形板、顶板和L形板的长度均相等。
