Abstract

Łożysko toczne składa się z dwóch pierścieni, zewnętrznego (1) i wewnętrznego (2), elementów tocznych (3) w postaci kulek oraz separatora (4) z otworami pod elementy toczne. Separator (4) posiada obwodowe wybranie. W przypadku, gdy separator (4) jest prowadzony na pierścieniu zewnętrznym (1) obwodowe wybranie znajduje się po zewnętrznej stronie separatora, zaś głębokość wybrania jest taka, że punkt styku separatora (4) z elementem tocznym (3) znajduje się poniżej średnicy (8) przechodzącej przez środki elementów tocznych (3). W przypadku gdy separator (4) jest prowadzony na pierścieniu wewnętrznym (2) obwodowe wybranie znajduje się po wewnętrznej stronie separatora, zaś głębokość wybrania jest taka, że punkt styku separatora (4) z elementem tocznym (3) znajduje się powyżej średnicy (8) przechodzącej przez środki elementów tocznych. Na co najmniej jednej bieżni pierścienia, po której przemieszczają się elementy toczne znajduje się co najmniej jeden rowek usytuowany pod kątem α od 10 do 90° względem kierunku ruchu elementów tocznych (3).
