Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest tlocznik do wyko¬ nywania pierscieni, szczególnie pierscieni z cien¬ kich tasm metalowych.Znane sa rózne urzadzenia i narzedzia do wyko¬ nywania pierscieni z tasm lub blach.Znany jest na przyklad tlocznik wielozabiegowy do wykonywania pierscieni. W narzedziu tym od¬ powiednio uksztaltowane, dla kazdego zabiegu, fragmenty matryc i koncówki stempli w kilku taktach ksztaltuja gotowy pierscien. Taki sposób produkcji pierscieni wymaga zlozonego i drogiego narzedzia jakim jest tlocznik wielozabiegowy.Znany jest równiez zestaw narzedzi do wykony¬ wania pierscieni w dwóch operacjach. W pierw¬ szym narzedziu ksztaltuje sie czesc obwodu piers¬ cienia, za pomoca drugiego narzedzia nadaje sie pierscieniowi, ksztalt ostateczny, owijajac go na trzpieniu pomocniczym. W narzedziu tym powierz¬ chnie ksztaltujace matrycy, stempla i trzpienia po¬ mocniczego sa negatywem wykonywanego piers¬ cienia. Various devices and tools for making rings from strips or sheets are known. For example, a multi-step die for making rings is known. In this tool, appropriately shaped, for each operation, the fragments of the matrices and the ends of the punches form the finished ring in a few steps. This method of producing rings requires a complex and expensive tool, which is a multi-operation die. There is also a known set of tools for making rings in two operations. In the first tool, a part of the circumference of the ring is shaped, with the second tool the final shape is given to the ring by wrapping it on the auxiliary pin. In this tool, the shaping surfaces of the die, punch and auxiliary pin are a negative of the ring being made. It is a labor-intensive and therefore expensive method of making rings. According to the invention, a tool has been developed for making the rings ready in one cycle during continuous working movement of the punch. The essence of the invention lies in the shaping of the punch's cutting edge. they constitute, in the central part, a segment which is negative for at least half of the circumference of the ring, and in the lateral parts, straight segments forming an angle with the arms directed in the direction of the working movement of the punch. At the same time as the cutting off, due to the positioning of the side sections of the cutting edge of the punch 1 at an angle, the ring 4 is bent towards the movable mandrel 3. In the further phase of the punch's working movement 1 piece of material on the ring 4 is finally cut and wrapped on a movable pin 3.
