Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytworzenia nowych materiałów poliuretanowych z polioli i odpadów po przerobie drewna i/lub odpadów drewnopodobnych, charakteryzujący się tym, że stosuje się poliole zsyntezowane z odpadów po przerobie drewna i/lub poliole z odpadów drewnopodobnych lub stosuje się poliole petrochemiczne. Przygotowuje się mieszaninę poliolową poprzez zmieszanie 1-100 części masowych polioli otrzymanych z odpadów po przerobie drewna i/lub 1-100 części masowych polioli otrzymanych z drewnopodobnych lub i/lub 1-100 części masowych oligomeroli petrochemicznych i 0,01-10 części masowych katalizatorów. Stosuje się również środki powierzchniowo czynne, antypienne, porofory i rozdrobnione odpady po przerobie drewna lub rozdrobnione odpady drewnopodobne. Następnie uzyskaną mieszaninę poliolową miesza się z izocyjanianem przy stosunku molowym NCO/OH wynoszącym od 0,5 do 4.
