Abstract
Interferometr falowodowy, w szczególności światłowodowy, do pomiaru parametrów fizycznych, w szczególności zmian grubości optycznej warstw w konfiguracji odbiciowej charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera przyłączony do źródła światła (1) sprzęgacz (7) wykonany na falowodzie, w szczególności falowodzie (6) włóknistym lub planarnym, co najmniej dwurdzeniowym, w którym czoło co najmniej jednego rdzenia jest uaktywnione, a co najmniej jeden rdzeń falowodu (6) przyłączony jest bezpośrednio lub pośrednio do detektora (2) sygnału, znajdującego się po tej samej stronie falowodu wielordzeniowego, co źródło światła (1).
