Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób produkcji zimnej kawy, który polega na tym, że zmieloną kawą napełnia się kosz maceracyjny (1), umieszcza się go nieruchomo w zbiorniku maceracyjnym (4) i poddaje się maceracji przepływem wody pompowanej za pomocą pompy (9) do głowicy nawadniającej (3) zamocowanej centralnie wewnątrz kosza maceracyjnego (1), przy czym podczas maceracji płyn maceracyjny zawraca się ze zbiornika maceracyjnego (4) do kosza maceracyjnego (1). Kosz maceracyjny (1) jest cały zanurzony w płynie maceracyjnym. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także urządzenie do produkcji zimnej kawy, które posiada zbiornik maceracyjny (4), w którym zamocowany jest nieruchomo kosz maceracyjny (1) na zmieloną kawę, składający się z zewnętrznej części wspornikowej oraz wewnętrznej zbudowanej ze sztywnej siatki, zaś środkiem zasilającym w wodę jest głowica nawadniająca (3) umieszczona centralnie wewnątrz kosza maceracyjnego (4). Urządzenie jest dostosowane do pracy pod zwiększonym ciśnieniem wewnątrz kosza maceracyjnego (1). W korzystnym przykładzie wykonania do zastosowania na przykład w kawiarni, max ciśnienie wewnątrz kosza maceracyjnego wynosi 23 bary.
