Przedmiotowa Przekąska z karpia zawiera rozdrobnione, wcześniej poddane obróbce termicznej mięso z karpia, rozdrobnione daktyle, płatki zbożowe, rozdrobnione orzechy i nasiona otrzymywana jest z mieszaniny składającej się z 30% do 36% wagowych wcześniej poddanego obróbce termicznej mięsa z karpia, 30% do 36% wagowych suszonych daktyli, 20% do 25% wagowych płatków zbożowych, 2% do 5% wagowych orzechów, 2% do 4% wagowych nasion.The subject of this application is a carp snack (Cyprinus carpio) with antioxidant properties and a method of its production.
