Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ zawiasowy, a zwłaszcza drzwiowy lub okienny układ zawiasowy, zawierający co najmniej dwa połączone ze sobą przegubowo człony zawiasowe (2), przy czym co najmniej jeden z rzeczonych członów zawiasowych (2) ma część mocującą (22) z co najmniej dwoma otworami (23) i mocowany jest do profilowanego elementu termoizolacyjnego (3) ościeżnicy bądź skrzydła, który to profilowany element termoizolacyjny (3) ma co najmniej jeden metalowy pierwszy profil skrzynkowy (31) oraz co najmniej jeden metalowy drugi profil skrzynkowy (32) połączone ze sobą za pośrednictwem co najmniej jednego elementu termoizolacyjnego (33) definiującego wewnętrzną przestrzeń termoizolacyjną, za pośrednictwem śrubowego układu montażowego (7) zawierającego co najmniej dwie śruby montażowe przechodzące przez rzeczone otwory (23) w części mocującej (22) oraz przez otwory montażowe (35) w elemencie termoizolacyjnym (3). Aby zwiększyć wytrzymałość i izolacyjność termiczną układu zawiasowego, uprościć jego konstrukcję i obniżyć koszt wytworzenia rzeczony śrubowy układ montażowy (7) zawiera co najmniej dwa dyble pozycjonujące (71) zaopatrzone w gwinty zewnętrzne (711) i wkręcane w otwory montażowe (35) elementu termoizolacyjnego (3) od jego strony osiowo zewnętrznej, w których wygniatają gwinty wewnętrzne podczas wkręcania; co najmniej dwie tuleje blokujące z tworzywa zaopatrzone w gniazda, których średnica przekroju poprzecznego u wylotu jest większa niż wewnątrz gniazda, oraz w płytki blokowania momentu obrotowego i wsuwane w otwory montażowe (35) elementu termoizolacyjnego (3) od jego strony osiowo wewnętrznej; zaś rzeczone śruby montażowe (72) są wkręcane w dyble pozycjonujące (71) oraz gniazda tulei blokujących, w których wygniatają gwinty wewnętrzne podczas wkręcania.
