Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania hydrożelowego materiału hybrydowego, charakteryzujący się tym, że obejmuje następujące etapy: a) metodą zol-żel otrzymuje się cząsteczki krzemionkowe sfunkcjonalizowane grupami aminowymi, b) cząstki krzemionkowe sfunkcjonalizowane grupami aminowymi otrzymane w etapie a) zawiesza się w zolu zawierającym mieszaninę roztworów kolagenu, chitozanu i kwasu hialuronowego, korzystnie w stosunku wagowym kolagen : chitosan : kwas hialuronowy wynoszącym 50 : 40 : 10, przy czym korzystnie zawartość sfunkcjonalizowanych cząsteczek krzemionkowych w zolu wynosi nie mniej niż 1,9 mg/ml zolu, korzystnie od 1,9 do 3,8 mg/ml zolu, c) uzyskaną w etapie b) zawiesinę poddaje się reakcji sieciowania genipiną. Zgłoszenie obejmuje, ponadto hydrożelowy materiał otrzymany powyższym sposobem.
