Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są protonowe ciecze jonowe zawierające herbicydowe fenoksykwasy oraz hydroksyloaminę lub jej pochodne o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R oznacza atom wodoru lub grupę metylową, natomiast X oznacza atom chloru lub grupę metylową. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób ich otrzymywania, który polega na tym, że chlorowodorek hydroksyloaminy, lub N-metylohydroksyloaminy, lub O-metylohydroksyloaminy o wzorze ogólnym 2 rozpuszcza się w metanolu albo etanolu, po czym dodaje się soli kwasu herbicydowego o wzorze ogólnym 3, w którym X oznacza grupę metylową lub atom chloru, natomiast M+ oznacza kation litu, sodu lub potasu w stosunku molowym od 1:1 do 1:1,1, po czym układ reakcyjny miesza się w czasie od 50 minut do 4 godzin, korzystnie 1 godziny, w temperaturze od 15 do 40°C, korzystnie 20°C, następnie odfiltrowuje się sól nieorganiczną i odparowuje rozpuszczalnik, a pozostałość ługuje się acetonem i odfiltrowuje resztę soli nieorganicznej, dalej odparowuje się aceton a pozostałość suszy korzystnie pod obniżonym ciśnieniem. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także zastosowanie protonowych cieczy jonowych z kationem hydroksyloamoniowym, jako herbicydy.The subject of the application are protic ionic liquids containing herbicidal phenoxy acids and hydroxylamine or its derivatives of the general formula I, in which R represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and X represents a chlorine atom or a methyl group. The application also covers the method of their preparation, which consists in dissolving the hydroxylamine hydrochloride or N-methylhydroxylamine or O-methylhydroxylamine of the general formula 2 in methanol or ethanol, and then adding the herbicidal acid salts of the general formula 3 in which X represents a methyl group or a chlorine atom, and M + represents a lithium, sodium or potassium cation in a molar ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 1.1, and the reaction system is stirred for 50 minutes to 4 hours, preferably 1 hour. at a temperature of 15 to 40 ° C, preferably 20 ° C, then the inorganic salt is filtered off and the solvent is evaporated off, the residue is washed with acetone and the remaining inorganic salt is filtered off, the acetone is further evaporated and the residue is dried preferably under reduced pressure. The subject of the application is also the use of protic ionic liquids with a hydroxylammonium cation as herbicides.
