Abstract

The subject of the application is the method of seed preparation with the use of a biological stimulator. This method is characterized by the fact that in the first stage the seeds are placed in a hydrogen peroxide solution with a concentration of 0.3% to 5%, preferably in the concentration range from 0.9% to 2%, or in a suspension of Serratia liquefaciens bacteria with a concentration of bacterial cells preferably in the range of OD600 = 0.02 to 1.0 for a time not shorter than 2 hours and not longer than 11 hours, in the temperature range 15-30 ° C, which ensures that the seed coat is not pierced by the germ root, and in the second stage the seeds are removed are from a solution of hydrogen peroxide or a bacterial suspension, and dried in the temperature range 12-40 ° C, preferably 20-30 ° C, with an air humidity in the range of 25% to 55% until the final seed moisture content is between 3% and 14% % preferably from 5% to 10%, i.e. post-harvest seed moisture content.
