Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania rozpuszczalnego nawozu fosforowego, w którym surowiec wyjściowy stanowią odpady poubojowego, zwłaszcza tkanki kostne. Sposób wytwarzania rozpuszczalnego nawozu fosforowego, w którym surowiec wyjściowy stanowią odpady poubojowe, zwłaszcza wieprzowe i wołowe tkanki kostne, charakteryzuje się tym, że tkanki kostne przetwarza się termicznie w temperaturze 850 do 950°C i następnie rozdrabnia do granulatów nie większych niż 2 mm, po czym poddaje się działaniu mieszaniny ekstrakcyjnej będącej roztworem kwasu azotowego o stężeniu w zakresie 5 do 30% w ilości co najmniej 6 dm3 na 1 kg granulatu. Tak otrzymaną mieszaninę po upływie co najmniej 15 minut poddaje się filtracji, używając tkaninę filtracyjną korzystnie o średnicy porów 50 µm, a otrzymany roztwór zatęża się poprzez usunięcie wody do stanu ciała stałego o mazistej konsystencji. Otrzymany ekstrakt uzupełnia się co najmniej w potas w ilości nie mniejszej niż 2% wagowych, jak również można go wzbogacić, korzystnie innymi dodatkami o wartości nawozowej.The subject of the application is a method for producing soluble phosphorus fertilizer in which the starting raw material is slaughter waste, especially bone tissue. The method of producing soluble phosphorus fertilizer, in which the starting raw material is slaughter waste, especially pork and beef bone tissues, is characterized by the fact that bone tissues are thermally processed at 850 to 950 ° C and then comminuted to granules not larger than 2 mm, after which is treated with an extraction mixture being a nitric acid solution with a concentration in the range of 5 to 30% in an amount of at least 6 dm3 per 1 kg of granulate. The mixture thus obtained is subjected to filtration after at least 15 minutes, using a filter cloth preferably having a pore diameter of 50 Pm, and the solution obtained is concentrated by removing water to a solid state with a greasy consistency. The extract obtained is supplemented with at least potassium in an amount of not less than 2% by weight, and it can also be enriched, preferably with other fertilizer value additives.
