The application also relates to a process for the production of polyamphololites derived from 3- [bis (phosphinomethyl) amino] propylsiloxane resins, which consists in the fact that one molar part of phosphinic acid is reacted with one molar part of 3- (trialkoxysilyl) propylamine and at least two molar parts of formaldehyde in the form of formalin or paraform, and the reaction is carried out at a temperature of 293 - 373 K, in water, in the presence of 0.2 to 1.2 mole parts of HCl, until the reactants react and the formation of a polyampholite derivative of 3- [bis (phosphinomethyl) resin amino] propylosiloksanowej.
