Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania kwasów alkiloiminobis(metylofosfinowych) o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R oznaczają podstawniki alkilowe. Sposób polega na tym, że co najmniej trzy części molowe kwasu fosfinowego poddaje się reakcji z co najmniej trzema częściami molowymi formaldehydu zawartego w substancji wybranej z grupy formalina, trioksan i paraform, i jedną częścią molową 1,3,5-trialkiloheksahydro-1,3,5-triazyny, a reakcję prowadzi się w możliwie najniższej, akceptowalnej technologicznie temperaturze, korzystnie w temperaturze 273 - 300K w wodzie.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of alkyliminobis (methylphosphinic) acids of general formula 1 in which R are alkyl substituents. The method consists in reacting at least three molar parts of phosphinic acid with at least three molar parts of formaldehyde contained in a substance selected from the group selected from formalin, trioxane and paraform, and one molar part of 1,3,5-trialkylhexahydro-1,3 , 5-triazine, and the reaction is carried out at the lowest possible technologically acceptable temperature, preferably at a temperature of 273-300K in water.
