Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania geopolimeru, w którym odpad wydobywczy, powęglowy, zawierający od 40 do 97% masowo iłowców i łupków ilastych, do 48% masowo mułowców, do 25% masowo łupków węglowych, do 33% masowo piaskowców oraz do 30% węgla, wypala się w temperaturze od 300 do 950°C i rozdrabnia, wypalony i rozdrobniony odpad wydobywczy miesza się z piaskiem i kruszywem budowlanym, a następnie tak otrzymaną mieszaninę składników sypkich miesza się z roztworem otrzymanym przez zmieszanie wodnego roztworu wodorotlenku sodu lub potasu oraz wodnego roztworu krzemianu sodu lub potasu do uzyskania masy gęsto plastycznej. The subject of the application is also the use of geopolymer obtained in this way for the production of structural elements, especially structural elements resistant to high temperatures, and the method of manufacturing structural elements from geopolymer produced from coal mining waste.
