Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sztuczny piaskowiec uzyskany w wyniku scalania piasków, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem piasków rzecznych, kopanych i płukanych, kompozycja do scalania tych piasków oraz sposób scalania piasków, a zwłaszcza piasków rzecznych, kopanych i płukanych metodą chemiczną, przy zastosowaniu głównie mineralnych lepiszczy powstających również z piasku jako surowca do ich produkcji, który polega na kontaktowaniu piasku w ilości 80 - 85% wagowych z 42 - 45% wodnym roztworem krzemianu sodu w ilości 7 - 15% wag. w stosunku do scalanej mieszaniny i jego utwardzaczem w ilości 1 - 14% wag. w stosunku ilości krzemianu sodu, nanokrzemionką w ilości 2 - 4% wag. w stosunku do scalanej mieszaniny uprzednio zawieszoną w szkle wodnym, po czym następuje wytrząsanie w formie oraz utwardzanie w podwyższonej temperaturze.The subject of the application is artificial sandstone obtained as a result of merging sands, with particular emphasis on river, dug and washed sands, a composition for merging these sands and a method for merging sands, in particular river sands, dug and washed with a chemical method, using mainly mineral binders also arising from sand as a raw material for their production, which involves contacting sand in the amount of 80 - 85% by weight with 42 - 45% aqueous solution of sodium silicate in the amount of 7 - 15% by weight 1 - 14% by weight relative to the mixture and its hardener. based on the amount of sodium silicate, nanosilica in the amount of 2-4 wt. relative to the merged mixture previously suspended in water glass, followed by shaking in the mold and curing at elevated temperature.
