Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja do scalania piasków, a zwłaszcza piasków rzecznych, kopanych i płukanych zawierająca piasek w ilości 80 - 85% wagowych, 42 - 45% wodny roztwór krzemianu sodu w ilości 7 - 15% wag. w stosunku do scalanej mieszaniny i jego utwardzacz w ilości 1 - 14% wag. w stosunku ilości krzemianu sodu, nanokrzemionkę w ilości 2-4 % wag. w stosunku do scalanej mieszaniny uprzednio zawieszonej w roztworze krzemianu sodu.The subject of the application is a composition for consolidating sands, especially river, dug and washed sands containing sand in the amount of 80 - 85% by weight, 42 - 45% aqueous solution of sodium silicate in the amount of 7 - 15% by weight. 1 - 14% by weight relative to the mixture being mixed and its hardener based on the amount of sodium silicate, nanosilica in an amount of 2-4 wt. relative to the combined mixture previously suspended in sodium silicate solution.
