Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy spoiwa hydroizolacyjnego do tworzenia przegród przeciwfiltracyjnych, przeznaczonych do uszczelniania obiektów hydrotechnicznych, wykopów budowlanych, składowisk odpadów, a także stabilizacji gruntu. Ponadto szkło wodne sodowe wykazuje moduł 1,6 - 2,6.The invention relates to a waterproofing binder for creating anti-filtration barriers intended for sealing hydrotechnical objects, construction excavations, waste dumps as well as soil stabilization. The binder contains 25.0 - 35.0% by weight of clay material, 8.0 - 20.0% by weight of cement, 0.3 - 1.0% by weight of sodium water glass and water as a supplement to 100.0% by weight. As clay material, the binder contains beidelite clay, which contains at least 60.0% by weight of beidelite, while more than 80.0% by weight of dry components of the binder are particles with a diameter less than 5.0 Pm. Preferably, the beidelite clay contains 8.0 - 15.0% by weight of kaolinite, 2.0 - 15.0% by weight of calcite and 1.0 - 18.0% by weight of thermally inactive minerals in the temperature range from 170 - 650 ° C. In addition, sodium water glass has a module 1.6 - 2.6.
