Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób detekcji i selekcji komórek hybrydomalnych produkujących pożądane przeciwciała, obejmujący umieszczanie komórek hybrydomalnych w naczyniu hodowlanym z biofunkcjonalizowaną powierzchnią, zawierającym medium hodowlane, dodawanie biofunkcjonalizowanych znaczników luminescencyjnych i poddanie hodowli komórek hybrydomalnych inkubacji, optyczne wykrywanie komórek hybrydomalnych produkujących pożądane przeciwciała poprzez reakcję biofunkcjonalizowanego znacznika luminescencyjnego z przeciwciałami i wykrycie otoczki sygnału ze znaczników luminescencyjnych wokół komórek hybrydomalnych produkujących pożądane przeciwciała, oddzielanie in situ komórek hybrydomalnych produkujących dany typ przeciwciała od pozostałych komórek.
