Abstract
Ujawniono biokompatybilne polisacharydowe kapsuły na ciekłych olejowych rdzeniach o średnicach nie przekraczających 1 µm, stabilizowane bez konieczności stosowania małocząsteczkowych surfaktantów, charakteryzujące się efektywną enkapsulacją związków hydrofobowych i wysoką stabilnością w wodnej zawiesinie. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób ich wytwarzania i stabilizacji za pomocą modyfikowanych hydrofobowo sacharydów obdarzonych trwałym ładunkiem elektrostatycznym.
