Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania powierzchniowej warstwy przewodzącej na włóknach nieprzewodzącego polimeru korzystnie polipropylenowego oraz wkład filtracyjny z aktywowaną powierzchnią włókien powlekaną zwęglonym węglowodanem. Korzystnie warstwa ta zawiera przynajmniej jeden metal wybrany z grupy obejmującej: żelazo, miedź, nikiel, chrom, cynk, kobalt, mangan i srebro w formie tlenków, wodorotlenków i hydroksytlenków. W rezultacie zastosowanego sposobu wytwarzania masa filtru nie wzrasta więcej niż o 3% - 5%. Wytworzona warstwa filtracyjna jest bardzo spójna i zwilżenie jej np. niepolarną naftą nie ogranicza jej przewodnictwa elektrycznego.
