Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania powierzchniowej warstwy przewodzącej na włóknach nieprzewodzącego polimeru korzystnie polipropylenowego oraz wkład filtracyjny z aktywowaną powierzchnią włókien powlekaną zwęglonym węglowodanem. Korzystnie warstwa ta zawiera przynajmniej jeden metal wybrany z grupy obejmującej: żelazo, miedź, nikiel, chrom, cynk, kobalt, mangan i srebro w formie tlenków, wodorotlenków i hydroksytlenków. W rezultacie zastosowanego sposobu wytwarzania masa filtru nie wzrasta więcej niż o 3% - 5%. Wytworzona warstwa filtracyjna jest bardzo spójna i zwilżenie jej np. niepolarną naftą nie ogranicza jej przewodnictwa elektrycznego.The subject of the invention is a method for producing a conductive surface layer on non-conductive polymer fibers, preferably polypropylene, and a filter cartridge with an activated carbonized carbon fiber surface. Preferably, this layer comprises at least one metal selected from the group consisting of: iron, copper, nickel, chromium, zinc, cobalt, manganese and silver in the form of oxides, hydroxides and hydroxides. As a result of the production method used, the filter mass does not increase by more than 3% - 5%. The filtration layer produced is very coherent and wetting it with, for example, nonpolar kerosene does not limit its electrical conductivity.
