Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie do przymocowania modułów przytorowych takich jak głowice czujnika koła, przekładniki prądowe lub temu podobne do szyn jezdnych, zwłaszcza szyn kolejowych. Zgodne z wynalazkiem urządzenie do przymocowania modułów przytorowych ma dwie ruchome szczęki, (1, 2) z przymocowanymi za pomocą gwintowanych elementów złącznych, do ich prostopadłych do osi szyny ścian, parami wsporników (3 i 4) oraz odpowiednio (5 i 6), przy tym do bocznych, zewnętrznych powierzchni wsporników (3, 4) oraz (5, 6) są przytwierdzone za pomocą gwintowanych elementów złącznych pionowe kształtowniki (7 i 8) na których górnych końcach są mocowane przytorowe moduły (9) oraz (10). Szczęki (1, 2) są z sobą połączone gwintowanymi elementami złącznymi (11) poprowadzonymi pod stopą szyny tak, że jest możliwość demontażu gwintowanych elementów złącznych od każdej ze szczęk (1, 2). Co najmniej jedna ze szczęk (1) lub (2) zaciskanych na stopie szyny jest zaopatrzona w co najmniej jeden nieprzestawny zaczep, natomiast na wybranych powierzchniach łączących się elementów, których położenie względem siebie jest zmieniane przez użytkownika w czasie eksploatacji, to jest na powierzchniach styku szczęk (1, 2), a także wsporników (3 i 4) oraz (5 i 6) są wykonane żłobienia, z których co najmniej jedno nie jest równoległe w stosunku do pozostałych.
