Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu przetwarzania w przemyśle chemicznym lub naftowym, który może być stosowany do wytwarzania plastyfikatorów ropy naftowej w produkcji kauczuku syntetycznego i opon. Sposób wytwarzania nierakotwórczego aromatycznego oleju technologicznego, zawierającego ekstrakt z PCA mniej niż 3,0% obejmuje oczyszczanie frakcji olejowej ropy naftowej za pomocą selektywnych rozpuszczalników, oddzielenie ekstraktu, dodatkową obróbkę ekstraktu polarnym rozpuszczalnikiem i wytwarzanie rafinatu jako produktu końcowego, gdzie jako polarny rozpuszczalnik stosowana jest mieszanina dwumetylosulfotlenku i N-metylopirolidonu, która jest stosowana do wstępnej obróbki ekstraktu, w którym to sposobie po wstępnej obróbce, mieszanina ekstraktu i polarnego rozpuszczalnika jest odfiltrowywana, rozdzielana i faza lekka jest przesyłana do dodatkowej obróbki ekstraktu polarnym rozpuszczalnikiem, a faza ciężka jest przesyłana do etapu regeneracji polarnego rozpuszczalnika. Stosunek dimetylosulfotlenku do N-metylopirolidonu w mieszaninie mieści się w zakresie od 1 : 0,1 - 0,5. Stosunek polarnego rozpuszczalnika do ekstraktu w dodatkowym etapie obróbki mieści się w zakresie 1,5 - 2,5 : 1. Stosunek polarnego rozpuszczalnika do ekstraktu w etapie wstępnej obróbki mieści się w zakresie 0,1 - 0,3 : 1. Uzyskany techniczny rezultat, polega na zwiększeniu wydajności procesu poprzez zapobieganie tworzeniu się warstwy pośredniej w kolumnie ekstrakcyjnej, poprzez obniżenie proporcji rozpuszczalnik : ekstrakt i w konsekwencji zwiększenie wydajności instalacji, uproszczenie procesu osuszania rozpuszczalnika oraz usuwanie rozpuszczalnika parafino - naftenowego, co znacznie ułatwia regenerację ekstrahenta z roztworu rafinatu.
