Abstract
Preparat propolisowo-srebrowy charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera ekstrakt propolisowy w etanolu w proporcji 1:1 - 4:1, pozbawiony substancji woskowych, srebro w postaci skompleksowanej z glikolem polietylenowym (PEG) w ilości 0,001 - 0,1%, przy czym srebro występuje w kompleksie w ilości 10 ppm/l ml (lub 1 g płynu) zaś glikol polietylenowy występuje w preparacie w łącznej ilości 20 - 50% oraz lanolinę w ilości 10 - 50%, wazelinę i ewentualnie oleje korzystnie w ilości 1 - 20%. Ujawniono również sposób otrzymywania preparatu propolisowo-srebrowego, który polega na tym, że ekstrakt propolisowy otrzymany znanym sposobem przez wymywanie propolisu etanolem lub mieszaniną etanolu z wodą albo innym związkiem polarnym, po oddzieleniu substancji woskowych, korzystnie przez odsączenie pod próżnią, oziębia się do temperatury krystalizacji wosku, po oddzieleniu którego najlepiej przez odsączenie pod ciśnieniem. Przesącz po odparowaniu zalewa mieszaniną woda/etanol/izopropanol sporządzoną korzystnie w stosunku objętościowym 65:20:15 w ilości wagowej 3:1 - 5:1 względem ekstraktu, po czym wytrząsa się przez 6 - 24 godzin, sączy, schładza do temperatury około 3°C, następnie roztwór po oddzieleniu substancji woskowej odparowuje się ponownie do sucha a pozostałość zadaje się etanolem w ilości wagowej 1:1 - 4:1 w odniesieniu do suchej masy. Następnie uzyskany roztwór w ilości 1 - 60% w odniesieniu do masy produktu końcowego miesza się z podgrzanym do 25 - 45°C podłożem hydrofobowym, zawierającym 10 - 50% wagowych lanoliny, wazelinę ewentualnie oleje, po czym po ujednorodnieniu dodaje się 0,001 - 0,1% srebra w postaci skompleksowanej z glikolem polietylenowym.
