Abstract

Masa formierska, zawierająca wodę, spoiwo oraz osnowę z piasku kwarcowego, charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera sól sodową karboksymetyloskrobii (CMS-Na) o stopniu podstawienia (DS) w zakresie od 0,2 do 0,9, w ilości od 0,2 do 2,5 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych osnowy. CMS-Na może stanowić od 1,5 do 2,5 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych osnowy, pełniąc funkcję spoiwa. Ponadto masa formierska może być masą wiązaną bentonitem i zawierać CMS-Na w ilości od 0,2 do 2,0 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych osnowy, pełniącą funkcję dodatku.
