Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa sufitowa z wkladka przeznaczona jako element ozdobny do zakanczania boazerii sciennej pod sufitem danego lokalu. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia listwe sufitowa z wkladka w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - te sama listwe w widoku z boku. Listwa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma profil utworzony z dwóch równolegle usytuowanych wzgledem siebie scianek, z których górna o mniejszej szerokosci w osi jej symetrii posiada kanalek podluzny o prostokatnym przekroju poprzecznym i zakonczona jest waskimi sciankami pionowymi, tworzac podluzne ostre krawedzie, a scianki te stykaja sie ze sciankami o zarysie promieniowym, polaczonymi lagodnym przejsciem ze sciankami bocznymi usytuowanymi prostopadle do dolnej poziomej scianki, posiadajacej dwa podluzne kanalki o prostokatnym przekroju poprzecznym, usytuowane od strony obu scianek bocznych. W kanalku podluznym górnej poziomej scianki tej listwy znajduje sie wkladka majaca w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z zaokraglonymi górnymi narozami, przy czym wkladka ta wystaje znacznie ponad powierzchnie górnej poziomej scianki jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i 2. Listwa sufitowa wraz z jej wkladka wykonane sa z drewna, lub materialu drewnopochodnego i oklejone sa okleinami wzorzystymi, zwlaszcza o fakturze drewnopodobnej. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Listwa sufitowa z wkladka przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i 2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma profil utworzony z dwóch równolegle usytuowanych wzgledem siebie scianek, z których górna o mniejszej szerokosci w osi jej symetrii posiadakanalek podluzny o prostokatnym przekroju poprzecznym i zakonczona jest waskimi sciankami pionowymi tworzac podluzne ostre krawedzie, a scianki te stykaja sie ze sciankami o zarysie promieniowym, polaczonymi lagodnym przejsciem ze sciankami bocznymi usytuowanymi prostopadle do dolnej poziomej scianki, posiadajacej dwa podluzne kanalki o prostokatnym przekroju poprzecznym, usytuowane od strony obu scianek bocznych, - w kanalku podluznym górnej poziomej scianki tej listwy znajduje sie wkladka majaca w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z zaokraglonymi górnymi narozami, przy czym wkladka ta wystaje znacznie ponad powierzchnie górnej poziomej scianki. The new and original nature of the industrial design is reflected in its shape. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the ceiling molding with an insert in perspective, and Fig. 2 shows the same molding from a side view. The strip according to the industrial design has a profile made of two walls situated parallel to each other, of which the upper one, with a smaller width in the axis of its symmetry, has a longitudinal channel with a rectangular cross-section and is terminated with narrow vertical walls, creating longitudinal sharp edges, and these walls are in contact with walls with a radial outline, connected by a gentle transition with side walls situated perpendicularly to the lower horizontal wall, which has two longitudinal channels with a rectangular cross-section, situated on the side of both side walls. In the longitudinal channel of the upper horizontal wall of this strip there is an insert having a cross-sectional shape similar to a rectangle with rounded upper corners, and this insert protrudes significantly above the surface of the upper horizontal wall as shown in the attached drawings, figs. 1 and 2. The ceiling strip and its insert are made of wood or a wood-based material and are covered with patterned veneers, especially with a wood-like texture. Essential features of the industrial design The ceiling strip with an insert shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and 2 is characterized by the following: - it has a profile made of two walls situated parallel to each other, the upper one of which, with a smaller width in the axis of its symmetry, has a longitudinal channel with a rectangular cross-section and is terminated with narrow vertical walls forming longitudinal sharp edges, and these walls are in contact with walls with a radial outline, connected by a gentle transition with side walls situated perpendicularly to the lower horizontal wall, which has two longitudinal channels with a rectangular cross-section, situated on the side of both side walls, - in the longitudinal channel of the upper horizontal wall of this strip there is an insert having a cross-sectional shape close to a rectangle with rounded upper edges, corners, with this insert protruding significantly above the surface of the upper horizontal wall.
