Listwa wykonczeniowa Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 13 sierpnia 1999 roku. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac listwy wykonczeniowej zmierzajacej do celów estetycznych, której istota przejawia sie w nowej fakturze jej powierzchni, nadajacej jej oryginalny wyglad, który mozna odtwarzac w produkcji przemyslowej. Listwa wykonczeniowa ma ksztalt prostokata, który w srodkowej czesci ma szereg powtarzalnych wypuklych wystepów w formie labiryntu o plaskiej czolowej powierzchni, których kolejne boki przylegaja do siebie pod katem prostym, przy czym wzdluz obu dluzszych boków prostokata sa wypukle, równolegle do siebie krawedzie. Tak wykonane listwy wykonczeniowe moga byc stosowane jako elementy sztukaterii, dzieki czemu osiaga sie oryginalne wrazenie estetyczne.
