Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zespól listwy przypodlogowej, z klamra mocujaca te listwe do sciany budynku. Nowa postac i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia zespól listwy przypodlogowej z klamra w przekroju pionowym, fig. 2 - listwe przypodlogowa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - klamre listwy w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, a fig. 4 te sama klamre w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu. Listwa przypodlogowa wykonana jest z tworzywa sztucznego, korzystnie z PCV a je j powierzchnia zewnetrzna wykonczona jest metoda oklejania okleina dekoracyjna lub metoda powlekania, drukowania lub barwienia celem uzyskania estetycznej, wzorzystej powloki ozdobnej.Klamra listwy w przekroju pionowym jak pokazano na fig. 1 ma ksztalt utworzony z odcinka prostego, majacego w górnej czesci odsadzenie wewnetrzne w postaci krótkiego górnego odcinka prostego, w czesci srodkowej odsadzenie zaczepowe wewnetrzne, a w dolnej czesci odsadzenie wewnetrzne usytuowane prostopadle w kierunku dolnego profilu wewnetrznego listwy, przy czym koniec odsadzenia górnego przylega do górnego promienia wypuklego profilu wewnetrznego listwy, a odsadzenie zaczepowe do górnej powierzchni zebra skosnego tego profilu. Klamra listwy w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt plytki o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata ze scietymi narozami, wyjeciami trapezowymi na dluzszych jej bokach oraz górnym odsadzeniem prostokatnym z wyjeciem trapezowym tworzacym ostre górne naroza i odsadzeniem dolnym o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata, usytuowanym prostopadle do tej plytki. Poza tym klamra ta na swej powierzchni ma wyjecie zblizone do prostokatnego, którego górny krótszy bok ma odsadzenie zaczepowe o ksztalcie zblizonym do litery „1", którego dolny bok ma wyjecie trapezowe tworzace ostre naroza tego odsadzenia a powyzej niego pomiedzy dwoma pionowymi zebrowymi przetloczeniami znajduje sie montazowy otwór kolowy jak pokazano na fig. 3 i 4 - listwa przypodlogowa wykonana jest z tworzywa sztucznego, korzystnie z PCV a jej powierzchnia zewnetrzna wykonczona jest metoda oklejania okleina dekoracyjna lub metoda powlekania, drukowania lub barwienia celem uzyskania estetycznej, wzorzystej powloki ozdobnej. PL PLThe industrial design is a skirting board assembly with a bracket securing the board to the building wall. The novelty and originality of the industrial design are evident in its shape and line layout. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the skirting board assembly with the bracket in a vertical cross-section, Fig. 2 shows the skirting board in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the skirting board bracket in a front perspective view, and Fig. 4 shows the same bracket in a rear perspective view. The skirting board with a clamp assembly shown in figures 1-4 consists of a profile skirting board and a clamp mounted between the shoulders of its back profile, wherein in a vertical cross-section the outer profile of this board is a short horizontal upper section, connected on one side to the upper short vertical section of the back profile of the board, and on the other side via a convex radius to the vertical section of the front profile, the lower end of which is connected by smooth transitions via a concave and convex radius to the lower arc-shaped floor section, which is in contact with the lower convex radius of the back profile, having a general outline similar to the outer profile, but the said lower radius of the back profile in the upper part turns into a diagonal rib formed of a straight, obliquely situated section ending with a short vertical section, which is in contact with the upper short diagonal section, radially connected to the rear concave radius of the rear profile, the straight section of which in the middle part is provided with a protruding radial rib, and in the upper part with a convex radius in contact with the above-mentioned upper short vertical section lying in one vertical plane with the front of the oblique rib. The skirting board is made of plastic, preferably PVC, and its external surface is finished by veneering with decorative veneer or by coating, printing or dyeing in order to obtain an aesthetic, patterned decorative coating. The skirting board clamp in a vertical cross-section, as shown in Fig. 1, has a shape made of a straight section having in the upper part an internal offset in the form of a short upper straight section, in the middle part an internal hook offset, and in the lower part an internal offset situated perpendicularly towards the lower internal profile of the skirting board, wherein the end of the upper offset is adjacent to the upper radius of the convex internal profile of the skirting board, and the hook offset is adjacent to the upper surface of the diagonal rib of this profile. The front view of the strip clamp has the shape of a plate with a shape close to a rectangle with cut corners, trapezoidal openings on its longer sides and a rectangular upper offset with a trapezoidal opening creating sharp upper corners and a lower offset with a shape close to a rectangle, situated perpendicularly to the plate. In addition, this clamp has on its surface an opening close to a rectangle, the upper shorter side of which has a hook offset in the shape similar to the letter "1", the lower side of which has a trapezoidal opening creating sharp corners of this offset and above it, between two vertical ribbed embossments, there is a circular mounting hole as shown in fig. 3 and 4. Essential features of the industrial design The set of a skirting board with a clamp consisting of a board with a profiled external shape and a connected clamp attached to the wall of the building, shown in fig. 1-4, is characterized in that: - in the vertical cross-section, the external profile of this board is a short horizontal upper section, connected on one side to the upper short vertical section of the back profile of the board, and on the other side through a convex radius to the vertical section of the front profile, the lower end of which is connected by smooth transitions through a concave and convex radius with the lower arc-shaped floor section, which is in contact with the lower convex radius of the back profile, having a general outline similar to the external profile, but the said lower radius of the back profile in the upper part turns into a diagonal rib made of a straight, obliquely situated section ending with a short vertical section, in contact with the upper, short oblique section, radially connected to the rear concave radius of the back profile, the straight section of which in the middle part is provided with a protruding radial rib, and in the upper part with a convex radius in contact with the said upper, short vertical section lying in one vertical plane with the front of the diagonal rib as shown in fig. 1-2 - has the shape of a plate with a shape close to a rectangle with cut corners, trapezoidal cutouts on its longer sides and a rectangular upper offset with a trapezoidal cutout creating sharp upper corners and a lower offset with a shape close to a rectangle, situated perpendicularly to this plate. In addition, this clamp has a recess on its surface that is almost rectangular, the upper shorter side of which has a hook offset in the shape similar to the letter "1", the lower side of which has a trapezoidal recess that creates sharp corners of this offset and above it, between two vertical ribbed embossments, there is a circular mounting hole as shown in Fig. 3 and 4 - the skirting board is made of plastic, preferably PVC, and its outer surface is finished by gluing it with decorative veneer or by coating, printing or dyeing in order to obtain an aesthetic, patterned decorative coating.
