Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest boazeria ozdobna przeznaczona do wykanczania wnetrz budynków mieszkalnych i uzytecznosci publicznej. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia boazerie ozdobna z komorami wewnetrznymi w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - odmiane boazerii ozdobnej bez komór wewnetrznych w widoku perspektywicznym. Boazeria ozdobna przedstawiona na fig. 1 ma ksztalt zblizony do wydluzonego, splaszczonego prostopadloscianu, posiadajacego na swej górnej powierzchni wzdluz jego dluzszych boków identyczne wyjecia profilowe utworzone z prostych scianek bocznych usytuowanych skosnie w kierunku dluzszych boków i zakonczonych obustronnie promieniami, z których promienie wklesle polaczone sa ze srodkowa scianka górna tej boazerii tworzac podluzne obustronne krawedzie, natomiast promienie wypukle przechodza w boczne scianki boazerii posiadajace podluzny kawalek o przekroju poprzecznym prostokatnym, zas wewnatrz boazerii znajduja sie komory przelotowe o przekroju poprzecznym prostokatnym usytuowane równolegle wzgledem siebie oraz pod srodkowa scianka górna, oddzielone od siebie przegrodami. The decorative wainscoting shown in Fig. 1 has a shape similar to an elongated, flattened cuboid, having on its upper surface along its longer sides identical profile openings made of straight side walls situated obliquely towards the longer sides and terminated on both sides with rays, of which the concave rays are connected to the central top wall of this wainscoting, creating longitudinal edges on both sides, while the convex rays pass into the side walls of the wainscoting having an elongated piece with a rectangular cross-section, while inside the wainscoting there are passage chambers with a rectangular cross-section situated parallel to each other and under the central top wall, separated from each other by partitions. The type of decorative wainscoting shown in Fig. 2 has a shape similar to an elongated, flattened cuboid, having on its upper surface along its longer sides identical profile openings made of straight side walls situated obliquely towards the longer sides and terminated on both sides with rays, of which concave rays are connected to the central upper wall of this wainscoting, creating longitudinal edges on both sides, while convex rays pass into the side walls of the wainscoting having an elongated piece with a rectangular cross-section. Essential features of the industrial design The decorative wainscoting made in the shape of an elongated, flattened cuboid having longitudinal channels on its side surfaces, shown in Figs. 1 and 2, is characterized by the following: - on its upper surface along its longer sides The sides have identical profiled cutouts made of straight side walls arranged diagonally towards the longer sides and terminated with rays on both sides. The concave rays are connected to the central top wall of this paneling, creating longitudinal edges on both sides, while the convex rays pass into the side walls of the paneling, which have a long piece with a rectangular cross-section. - Inside the paneling, there are passage chambers with a rectangular cross-section, situated parallel to each other and under the central top wall, separated from each other by partitions.
