Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania biomasy drożdży Candida utilis albo Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. boulardii obejmuje etapy: przednamnażania komórek drożdży, przygotowania biomasy inokulacyjnej, namnażania biomasy i pozyskania biomasy. Sposób polega na tym, że etap namnażania prowadzi się w podłożu, które stanowi odpadowa ziemniaczana woda sokowa wzbogacona glicerolem użytym w stężeniu od 5 do 10% wag., w temperaturze od 28 do 30°C, w czasie od 22 do 24 godzin, przy czym stosunek C/N w podłożu zawiera się w przedziale od 14 do 22. Rozwiązanie dotyczy również zastosowania biomasy drożdży do otrzymywania bogatych w ß-glukany drożdży lub oczyszczonych preparatów ß(1,3)/(1,6)-glukanów.
