Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kompozycja lipidowa służąca do wytworzenia kierowanego za pomocą przeciwciał liposomowego nośnika leków genetycznych w postaci asODN, siRNA, miRNA, rybozymowego RNA oraz DNazymu, charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera od 35,2% do 45,7% wagowych fosfatydylocholiny (PC), od 12,3% do 19,1% wagowych dioleilofosfatydyloetanolaminy (DOPE), od 4,9% do 6,4% wagowych 3ß-N-dimetyloetanokarbamoilocholesterolu (DC-CHOL), od 10,7% do 16,6% wagowych DSPE-PEG, od 4,6% do 6,2% wagowych maleimidowej pochodnej DSPE-PEG (DSPE-PEG-Mal) oraz od 10,6% do 25,7% wagowych soli trimetyloaminowej 1,2-dioleilopropanu (DOTAP) oraz jej zastosowanie.
