Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania elastomerowych nanokompozytów poliuretanowych z oligomerów, oligoestroli i/lub oligoeteroli, diizocyjanianów, środków przedłużających lub sieciujących, katalizatorów aminowych lub metaloorganicznych oraz tlenku grafenu lub jego zredukowanej formy charakteryzuje się tym, że do prepolimeru zawierającego niezwiązane grupy izocyjanianowe NCO w ilości od 4%-20% NCO, powstałe z oligomerów w postaci oligoeteroli i/lub oligoestroli o masie cząsteczkowej od 400 do 15000 g/mol dodaje się w ilości od 0,01 do 10% części wagowych nanonapełniacza grafenowego w postaci tlenku grafenu lub jego zredukowaną formę lub wstępnie przygotowaną dyspersję nanonapełniacza grafenowego w rozpuszczalniku polarnym lub niepolarnym, w składniku oligomerowym lub mieszaninie składników opartych o oligomerol oraz małocząsteczkowy przedłużacz łańcucha, lub też dyspergowany w składniku izocyjanianowym. Następnie dyspersję poddaje się intensywnej homogenizacji, w temperaturze od 10 do 60°C z prędkością mieszadła do 10000 obr/min w czasie do 3 godz. w łaźni ultradźwiękowej. Przedmiotem wynalazku są także elastomerowe nanokompozyty poliuretanowe otrzymane tym sposobem.
