Abstract
Bezolejowy plazmowy system zaplonowy wykorzystywany w srodowisku wzbogaconym w tlen zawiera generator plazmowy (1) i palnik (2) oraz grupe tulei rozmieszczonych wspólosiowo wzgledem palnika (2), przy czym grupa tulei zawiera wiele nasunietych na siebie wspólosiowo tulei. Miedzy sasiednimi tulejami oraz miedzy tulejami a palnikiem utworzone sa pierscieniowe przestrzenie (A, B, C). Na tulejach znajduja sie kanaly tlenowe (3, 4), przy czym kanaly tlenowe znajduja sie równiez na palniku. Plazma dostarczana przez generatory plazmowe tworzy lokalna strefe o wysokiej temperaturze wypelniona plazma o wysokiej temperaturze oraz mieszanina pylu weglowego z powietrzem. Wynalazek posiada prosta konstrukcje i moze byc stosowany w przypadku róznych rodzajów wegla, a w szczególnosci nadaje sie do stosowania jako bezolejowy plazmowy system zaplonowy wykorzystywany w srodowisku wzbogaconym w tlen w przypadku wegla o niskiej zawartosci substancji lotnych.
