Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest masa do wytwarzania folii ceramicznej do wielowarstwowych warystorów na bazie tlenku cynku domieszkowanego tlenkami Bi, B, Si, Sb, Co, Mn, Cr, Sm, Gd, Dy. Masa zawiera od 50% do 60% wagowych proszku ceramicznego, którego głównym składnikiem jest ZnO, od 4,5% do 7,5% wagowych spoiwa, korzystnie poliwinylobutyralu, od 3% do 6% wagowych zmiękczaczy, korzystnie mieszaniny ftalanu dwubutylu i glikolu polietylenowego, od 0,5% do 1,0% wagowych dyspersanta, korzystnie rokafenolu oraz od 25% do 45% wagowych rozpuszczalników, korzystnie mieszaniny alkoholu izopropylowego i toluenu.
