Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania fosforanu paszowego jednowapniowego polega na tym, że popioły z odpadów mięsno-kostnych, kalcynowanych w atmosferze utleniającej w temperaturze 600-1100°C, miesza się z wysuszonym fosforanem jednowapniowym będącym produktem reakcji popiołu z kwasem fosforowym, przy stosunku wagowym popiołu do fosforanu jednowapniowego od 1:1 do 1:5. Do tej mieszaniny dozuje się, ciągle mieszając, kwas fosforowy o stężeniu korzystnie 65-75%, w ilości stechiometrycznej wynikającej z reakcji hydroksyapatytu i kwasu fosforowego oraz prowadzi w tych warunkach reakcję przez 30 do 60 min.. Następnie zawierającą fosforan jednowapniowy poreakcyjną mieszaninę suszy się w temperaturze 105-120°C w ciągu 1-3 h i jej część odprowadza się jako gotowy produkt, a część zawraca do procesu mieszania z popiołami.The method of producing monocalcium phosphate feed consists in the fact that ashes from meat and bone waste, calcined in an oxidizing atmosphere at a temperature of 600-1100°C, are mixed with dried monocalcium phosphate being a product of the reaction of ash with phosphoric acid, with the weight ratio of ash to monocalcium phosphate from 1:1 to 1:5. Phosphoric acid with a concentration of preferably 65-75%, in the stoichiometric amount resulting from the reaction of hydroxyapatite and phosphoric acid, is added to this mixture, while stirring, and the reaction is carried out under these conditions for 30 to 60 minutes. Then, the post-reaction mixture containing monocalcium phosphate is dried at the temperature of 105-120°C for 1-3 h and part of it is discharged as a finished product, and part is recycled to the process of mixing with ashes.
