Abstract

The recycling method of drilled cuttings with gypsum concrete production involves mixing the drilled cuttings with phosphogypsum and quicklime. Preliminarily mineral gypsum binder is produced of phosphogypsum refused by heat treatment and grinding; and lime milk is produced of quicklime. The produced lime milk is fed into the supply bunker from the reactor-mixer, and then the concrete mixer is consistently fed firstly with drilled cuttings and lime milk from the supply bunker and water is added. The resulting mixture is stirred with adding gypsum binder; the weight ratio of the mixture components during mixing is supported at the level of, wt. %: drilled cuttings32-48gypsum binder47-62quicklime4-6technological waterrestand the mixing process itself is carried out until gypsum concrete paste production, which is then fed to the rotary machine for receiving gypsum concrete products.
