Abstract

Sposób wykonywania prac renowacyjnych w rowach melioracyjnych za pomocą urządzenia wielozadaniowego polega na tym, że urządzenie wielozadaniowe może poruszać się wewnątrz przestrzeni rowu i omijać znajdujące się w tej przestrzeni przeszkody terenowe, w tym przede wszystkim drzewa i krzewy rosnące na skarpie rowu, nabrzeżu rowu lub na dnie rowu. Jest przeznaczony do robót związanych z pielęgnacją i utrzymaniem w stanie sprawności technicznej rowów i kanałów melioracyjnych. Urządzenie posiada jednośladowe ma jednośladowe podwozie jezdne (2) usytuowane pod ramą główną w jej osi symetrii, natomiast boczne podpory (5) z kołami podporowymi (4) znajdują się po obu stronach ramy głównej, natomiast przedni zespół zawieszenia narzędzi (10) oraz manipulator hydrauliczny znajdują się przed podwoziem jezdnym (2), zaś manipulator hydrauliczny zamontowany jest na ramie głównej, nad przednim zespołem zawieszenia narzędzi (10) i na końcu, manipulatora hydraulicznego znajduje się obrotnica narzędzi, ponadto tylny zespół zawieszenia narzędzi (15) znajduje się za podwoziem jezdnym (2), a kabina operatora znajduje się na ramie głównej pomiędzy manipulatorem hydraulicznym a bocznymi podporami (5).The method of performing renovation works in drainage ditches using a multi-purpose device consists in the fact that the multi-purpose device can move inside the ditch space and avoid terrain obstacles in this space, including, above all, trees and shrubs growing on the slope of the ditch, ditch quay or on bottom of the ditch. It is intended for works related to the care and maintenance of drainage ditches and canals in technical condition. The device has a single-track chassis (2) located under the main frame in its axis of symmetry, while the side supports (5) with support wheels (4) are located on both sides of the main frame, while the front tool suspension unit (10) and the hydraulic manipulator are located in front of the chassis (2), and the hydraulic manipulator is mounted on the main frame, above the front linkage assembly (10) and at the end of the hydraulic manipulator, there is a turntable, moreover, the rear linkage assembly (15) is located behind the chassis (2), and the operator's cabin is located on the main frame between the hydraulic manipulator and the side supports (5).
