Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób oznaczania parametrów biochemicznych plynu ustrojowego, w którym próbke wspomnianego plynu ustrojowego w postaci kropli przepuszcza sie przez kanal ukladu mikroprzeplywowego za pomoca cieczy nosnej, miesza sie ja z odczynnikiem wywolujac w ten sposób reakcje chemiczna pomiedzy próbka a odczynnikiem oraz mierzy sie efekt tej reakcji chemicznej, korzystnie za pomoca spektrofotometru, w wyniku czego oznacza sie wspomniane parametry biochemiczne plynu ustrojowego, charakteryzujacy sie tym, ze material, z którego wykonany jest uklad mikroprzeplywowy oraz wspomniana ciecz nosna stanowia pary wybrane z grupy obejmujacej: polipropylen i heksadekan, polietylen i heksadekan, teflon i Fluorinert HFE-7100.
