(WIPO) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojazd samochodowy przeznaczony dc poruszania sie po drogach. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowy pojazd samochodowy przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojazd samochodowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - pojazd samochodowy w widoku z tylu, zas fig. 3 przedstawia pojazd samochodowy w widoku z boku.Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach, pojazd samochodowy posiadajacy karoserie i cztery kola, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z przodu posiada profilowana maske, której czesc srodkowa lekko wybrzuszona ma ksztalt podwójnego trapezu, których podstawy znajduja sie przy przedniej szybie, po przeciwleglej stronie trapezu umieszczone sa dwa wloty powietrza o ksztalcie zblizonym do czworoboku oddzielone od siebie ukosnym pasem, przy krawedziach zewnetrznych, w przedniej czesci maski, znajduja sie dwa okragle reflektory chronione od góry pólokraglymi oslonami, ponizej maski na zasadniczo prostokatnym zderzaku, przy krawedziach zewnetrznych górnej czesci zderzaka sa umieszczone, dwa male okragle reflektory, pomiedzy którymi w czesci srodkowej znajduje sie prostokatna ramka na tablice rejestracyjna, a ponizej na zderzaku jest usytuowany, w podluznej ramce, podluzny wlot powietrza. W widoku z boku posiada drzwi o szerokosci okolo 3/8 dlugosci calego samochodu, których krawedzie sa zaokraglone a w górnej czesci umieszczona jest szyba boczna o ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu, zas boczna tylnia szyba ma ksztalt zblizony do czworoboku, ponadto przy krawedzi zewnetrznej tylnej boku, pomiedzy zderzakiem a dolna krawedzia szyb sa umieszczone podwójne okragle reflektory, chronione od boków pólokraglymi oslonami, tylna czesc karoserii pojazdu jest prostokatna i lekko podwyzszona. W widoku z tylu posiada prostokatne drzwi tylne oraz prostokatna szybe, której szerokosc jest wieksza od szerokosci drzwi tylnych. Karoseria samochodu przy nadkolach posiada lekko wybrzuszona prostokatna krawedz, która w czesci przedniej, tylniej i progach bocznych jest lekko wklesla. Dach pojazdu samochodowego jest wzmocniony poprzecznymi prostokatnymi pasami. PL PLMotor Vehicle The right to register an ornamental design is valid from: March 26, 1999. From the side, it has doors approximately 3/8 the width of the entire vehicle, with rounded edges and a trapezoidal-shaped side window at the top. The rear side window is roughly quadrangular. Furthermore, at the outer edge of the rear side, between the bumper and the lower edge of the windows, are twin round headlights, protected from the sides by semicircular guards. The rear of the vehicle is rectangular and slightly raised. From the rear, it has rectangular rear doors and a rectangular window, the width of which is greater than the width of the rear doors. The car's body has a slightly bulging rectangular edge at the wheel arches, which is slightly concave at the front, rear, and side sills. The roof of the car is reinforced with transverse rectangular strips.
