(WIPO) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojazd samochodowy przeznaczony do poruszania sie po drogach. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowy pojazd samochodowy przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pojazd samochodowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - pojazd samochodowy w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - pojazd samochodowy w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - pojazd samochodowy w widoku z góryZgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach, pojazd samochodowy posiadajacy karoserie i cztery kola, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z przodu posiada profilowany maske, której czesc srodkowa lekko wybrzuszona ma ksztalt trapezu, którego podstawa znajduje sie przy przedniej szybie, po przeciwleglej stronie trapezu umieszczone sa dwa wloty powietrza o ksztalcie zblizonym do czworoboku oddzielone od siebie ukosnym pasem, przy krawedziach zewnetrznych, w przedniej czesci maski, znajduja sie dwa okragle reflektory chronione od góry pólokraglymi oslonami, ponizej maski na zasadniczo prostokatnym zderzaku, przy krawedziach zewnetrznych górnej czesci zderzaka sa umieszczone, dwa male okragle reflektory, pomiedzy którymi w czesci srodkowej znajduje sie prostokatna ramka na tablice rejestracyjna, a ponizej na zderzaku jest usytuowany, w podluznej ramce, podluzny wlot powietrza. W widoku z boku usytuowane sa drzwi o szerokosci okolo 3/8 dlugosci calego samochodu, których krawedzie sa zaokraglone a w górnej czesci umieszczona jest szyba boczna o ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu, zas boczna tylnia szyba ma ksztalt zblizony do wycinka ( 1/4) okregu, ponadto przy krawedzi zewnetrznej tylnej boku, pomiedzy zderzakiem a dolna krawedzia szyb sa umieszczone podwójne okragle reflektory, chronione od boków pólokraglymi oslonami, w widoku z boku tylna czesc karoserii pojazdu jest lekko zaokraglona. W widoku z tylu posiada prostokatne drzwi tylne, na których w polowie szerokosci znajduje sie szyba o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata, która w dolnej czesci posiada wybranie o ksztalcie wycinka kola, ponizej na zderzaku, w jego górnej srodkowej czesci, znajduje sie prostokatna ramka na tablice rejestracyjna, Karoseria samochodu, posiada przy nadkolach lekko wybrzuszona prostokatna krawedz, która w czesci przedniej, tylniej i progach bocznych jest lekko wklesla. According to the ornamental pattern and as shown in the attached drawings, a motor vehicle having a body and four wheels is characterized in that in a front view it has a profiled hood, the slightly bulging central part of which has the shape of a trapezoid, the base of which is located at the windscreen, on the opposite side of the trapezoid there are two air intakes of a shape close to a quadrangle, separated from each other by a diagonal strip, at the outer edges, in the front part of the hood, there are two round headlights protected from above by semi-circular covers, below the hood on a substantially rectangular bumper, at the edges On the outer upper part of the bumper are two small round headlights, between which in the center is a rectangular license plate frame, and below on the bumper is an elongated air intake in a longitudinal frame. In the side view, there are doors approximately 3/8 the width of the entire vehicle's length, the edges of which are rounded, and in the upper part there is a side window with a shape similar to a trapezoid, while the rear side window is shaped similar to a quarter-circle segment. Furthermore, at the outer edge of the rear side, between the bumper and the lower edge of the windows, there are double round headlights, protected from the sides by semicircular covers. In the side view, the rear part of the vehicle body is slightly rounded. The rear view features rectangular rear doors, with a rectangular-shaped window halfway across the width. The lower section has a circular recess. Below, in the upper center of the bumper, there's a rectangular license plate frame. The car's body has a slightly bulging rectangular edge near the wheel arches, which is slightly concave at the front, rear, and side sills.
