Przedmiotem niniejszego wynalazku jest rozpuszczalna w wodzie dyspersja polimeryczna zawierająca zdyspergowany polimer, otrzymany z co najmniej jednego rozpuszczalnego w wodzie monomeru A i co najmniej jednego rozpuszczalnego w wodzie kationowego monomeru B, co najmniej jeden stabilizator C i co najmniej jeden kationowy polielektrolit jako współstabilizator D. Przedmiotem wynalazku. jest także sposób wytwarzania dyspersji polimerycznej oraz sposób wytwarzania papieru.
