Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plytka elewacyjna stosowana do ozdabiania elewacji budynków, ogrodzen i innych budowli . Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac plytki elewacyjnej przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 do fig.9 przedstawiaja plytke elewacyjna w przykladach wykonania. Plytka elewacyjna wykonana z betonu, gipsu lub tworzywa sztucznego , posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, jest w ksztalcie nieregularnego prostokata o powierzchni ozdobnej przypominajacej przelom skaly o licznych wglebieniach, szczelinach i wypuklosciach.fig.1 fig. 2 fig. 3 fig. 4 fig.5fig.6 fig.7 fig.8 fig.9 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a facade tile used to decorate the facades of buildings, fences, and other structures. The essence of the design is a new form of the facade tile, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 to Fig. 9 show examples of the facade tile.
