Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plytka elewacyjna stosowana do ozdabiania elewacji budynków, ogrodzen i innych budowli . Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac plytki elewacyjnej przejawiajaca sie w je j ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, oraz fotografii w przykladach wykonania figi - fig.3. Plytka elewacyjna wykonana z betonu, gipsu lub tworzywa sztucznego , posiada nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, jest w nieregularnym ksztalcie zblizonym do prostokata lub okregu o powierzchni ozdobnej przypominajacej przelom skaly o elementach ozdobnych w postaci odcisków lub skamienialosci muszli skorupiaków. The essence of the design is a new form of the facade tile, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and photographic examples of its implementation - Fig. 3. The facade tile, made of concrete, plaster, or plastic, has the following essential features of an industrial design: it is in an irregular shape, similar to a rectangle or circle, with a decorative surface resembling a rock fracture, and decorative elements in the form of imprints or fossilized shells.
